Now, I will introduce our main product platforms to you, including the tungsten carbide rotary files, ceramic electric nail files, and tyre grinding rotary files.

Our tungsten carbide rotary file is classified into several types in accordance to their shapes, like cylindrical rotary files, taper rotary files and oval shape rotary files.
Our cylinder rotary file is mainly applied to grind forged steel crankshafts, allowing both a high working efficiency and an excellent finishing effect. Our taper rotary files, made of tungsten steel, enjoy excellent abrasion resistance and an HRA (Rockwell hardness scale) between 90~91. Among varied taper rotary files, our heavy duty tungsten carbide rotary file may be applied to in a wide variety of uses, especially high-speed cutting for flexible materials, like, aluminum alloy. Our oval shaped rotary files are mainly used to grind high hardness materials, like bearings, whose application could improve the manufacturing efficiency without dust pollution.

This is our tyre grinding rotary file. Due to the introduction of tungsten steel, it possesses an ultra-high hardness, which could even grind steel wires inside the tyres, though they have a high hardness as well. Additionally, our rubber materials possess a non-stick characteristic in regard to the tyre grinding rotary file.

This is our new product, the ceramic electric nail file. It is made of a brand new top-class ceramic, which is quite sturdy and produces zero odors during operation. Meanwhile, its shank does not bend easily, and its flutes are easily cleaned. More importantly, nails ground by our file possess a smooth effect.
